Cross Tax Services emerged from a career path rooted in finance, education, and continuous professional growth. After more than a decade working as an insurance agent, Stephanie reached a point where her professional environment no longer aligned with her values. That moment became a turning point.
She pursued formal tax education, earned her CTEC tax preparer designation, and immersed herself in the discipline, first through coursework, then through hands-on experience under the mentorship of a seasoned tax professional with over 17 years in the field. What began as study quickly became commitment, and commitment became mastery.
Through years of continued education, complex returns, and evolving client needs, Cross Tax Services took shape as a practice focused on precision, boundaries, and strategic thinking, serving individuals and small business owners who value doing things the right way.
